Information to legal entities

Dear Clients, please be informed that AB SEB bankas changes its pricelist related to legal entities’ bank accounts as of 15th of August, 2016.

Starting from the 15th of August, 2016 the bank may apply an account balance fee (ABF) for legal entities based on individual pre notification to them to their total balance of current accounts in EUR, SEK, DKK and CHF. An account balance fee will not be applied to balances below the thresholds of 1.000.000 EUR or 9.500.000 SEK or 7.500.000 DKK or 1.000.000 CHF.

If the client accepts the changes, the client does not need to take any action. If the client finds the changes unacceptable, the client may terminate the framework agreement by the 14th of August, 2016 at the latest. If the client does not inform in a written form the bank of his wish to terminate the framework agreement, it is considered that the client has agreed to the changes and they are applicable starting from the 15th of August, 2016.
