Aivaras Čičelis to become Chief Financial Officer and the Head of Business Support Division of SEB bank in Lithuania
Aivaras Čičelis, currently the member of the Management Board and the Head of Corporate Banking of SEB Lithuania, will become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Head of Business Support of SEB Lithuania, and continue as the member of the Management Board of SEB Lithuania. Starting from the 20th of February Aivaras will replace Jonas Iržikevičius, who has been earlier appointed to become the Head of Baltic Finance.

He has been a member of the Management Board and has been successfully leading the Corporate Banking Division of SEB Lithuania for the past 8 years. Volatility of the Baltic economies contributed to the build-up of his experience and provided great opportunities to test himself in the different situations. I am confident that Aivaras’ professional experience, excellent knowledge of banking and finances combined with leadership and personal skills will ensure further development and success of SEB Lithuania financial strategy and business support areas”, says Raimondas Kvedaras, the Chairman of the Management Board of SEB bank in Lithuania.
Before becoming a member of the Management Board and the Head of Corporate banking of the bank, he has been CEO of SEB Lizingas and the Head of Client Coverage of the bank.
A. Čičelis has Master degree of Finance and Banking and Bachelor degree of Economics at Vilnius University, he finished Finance and Economics studies at University of Wisconsin (USA) and studied Organization Leadership at Wallenberg Institute (Sweden).
The bank will elect new Board Member who will be responsible for the activities of Corporate Banking Division.
