Vilius Juzikis appointed to the Management Board of SEB bankas in Lithuania

The Supervisory Council of SEB bankas in Lithuania has appointed Vilius Juzikis, currently Acting Head of Client Coverage of SEB Lithuania, as a member of the Management Board of SEB bankas. He will take his new position as member of the board after receiving permission of the authorities supervising activities of SEB bankas. V. Juzikis will be responsible for the activities of Corporate Banking Division in the Management Board of the bank.

“Vilius has been working in different positions in our corporate banking and credit organization for the last sixteen years and he is well known for his business understanding, ability to create and maintain relationships with corporate clients and for his leadership qualities”, says Raimondas Kvedaras, Chairman of the Management Board of SEB bankas in Lithuania.

V. Juzikis was an acting Head of Client Coverage since June 2016. He has been a Head of Credit Department for almost 4 years and during that time also worked in SEB Group credit area in Sweden. Before that Vilius has been CEO of SEB Lizingas and was leading company’s transformation project with the final aim to integrate all leasing processes, clients and employees into SEB Lithuania via legal merger. He joined SEB in 2001 as an assistant to client executive.

V. Juzikis has Master and Bachelor degrees of Economics and Banking at Vilnius University (Lithuania) and studied Organization Leadership at Wallenberg Institute (Sweden).

At the moment there are Raimondas Kvedaras, Roberts Bernis, Vaidas Žagūnis and Aivaras Čičelis in the Management Board of SEB bankas in Lithuania.
