Micro-investments is easy to use

  • Micro-investments can be found only in the SEB internet bank
  • It is a convenient way to invest in ETFs in small amounts, you can invest from EUR 1
  • Simply select the amount you want to invest, and the ETFs you want to invest in. We will do the rest 
  • You can invest in both periodic and one-off manner

How to start using Micro-investments?

  1. Open a bank account

    If you are not an SEB customer yet, open a bank account and conclude internet bank agreement.

  2. Log in to your internet bank account

    Select "Investing" > "Micro-investments". If you want to learn more, you will find more information on Micro-investments internet bank FAQ section.

  3. Select ETFs to invest in

    To build your portfolio, you can choose from 9 ETFs. Take a look at the ETF selection.

  4. Select the amount you want to invest

    We will simply ask you to enter the amount, and we will do the rest.

  1. Sign a one-time or regular investment order

    You can invest in both periodic and one-off manner. You can cancel your regular investment at any time.

  2. Sit back – the transactions will happen automatically

    We will process all the investment orders once a week, on Tuesdays, after 10.00 AM. We will process all further investment orders during the next investment cycle.

    If you sell less than all the ETFs you have, the value of the ETFs remaining in the portfolio account must be at least EUR 1 when the sell order is placed.

The MSCI Emerging Markets IMI ESG Screened index tracks large-, mid- and small-cap companies from emerging markets excluding companies related to thermal coal, controversial weapons, tobacco and other controversial industries.

The ETF seeks to track the FTSE Advanced Climate Risk-Adjusted European Monetary Union Government Bond index which tracks Euro denominated government bonds issued by Eurozone member states. Based on the parent index (FTSE EMU Government Bond index), country weights are adjusted to reduce risks associated with climate change. Minimum maturity: 1 year.

The ETF tracks the JP Morgan ESG EMBI Global Diversified (EUR Hedged) index which tracks US-Dollar denominated emerging market government bonds. Bonds can have any rating and any maturity. Within the index, bonds are weighted according to the social and environmental sustainability of their issuers. Currency hedged to Euro (EUR).
