In Employer survey SEB has become a leader in “TOP of mind” category
On January 20th, online recruitment company “CV-Online” awarded the TOP 50 Employers at the Quadrum Conference Center. CV-Online TOP Employer Survey, which has been held annually since 2010, is a symbolic assessment of employers' performance. This year two SEB Group companies located in Lithuania have become the leaders in “TOP of mind” category: SEB bank has reached the top position and SEB Global Services Centre in Vilnius was awarded the second place. „TOP of mind“ category winners were chosen by job seekers in Lithuania who participated in a survey and selected companies that they are working for or would like to work for.
“I would call 2021 as the year of searching, when with the help of our employees we were searching for the best formula of how to work in a heavily changed environment. Together we created a safe space for us and our clients, we were looking for new ways to improve collaboration and team spirit while meeting more often on-screen than in person, taking care of teams’ microclimate and emotional well-being, developing new leadership skills. Thank you, colleagues, for creating an organization where all of us like to meet and collaborate. And this award only proves it and belongs to all SEB employees in Lithuania” – says Sonata Gutauskaitė-Bubnelienė, CEO and Chairwoman of the Management Board at SEB bank Lithuania.
“For us this is an important achievement – and a well-deserved one! This recognition belongs to all SEB community in Lithuania! I would like to thank all of our employees who are the best ambassadors and without their support and constant drive to improve, this would not be possible. In a sense, this award is also a reflection of how we are seen in the market, and its timing couldn't have been better. The job market is strained and we are in a fierce competition for the best talent. This recognition gives us another edge and maximize our potential for continued growth in the future, both as a strong organization and each of us as a professional” – says Rūta Jasiulionienė, Branch Manager of SEB Global Services Centre in Vilnius and Riga.
