Long-term Management Board member Aivaras Čičelis to leave SEB
The Management Board member and CFO of SEB bank in Lithuania Aivaras Čičelis has decided to leave SEB. He has been working for SEB for 25 years, the last 13 years he was a member of the Management Board of the bank.

For the last 13 years, while working in the Management Board of the bank, he has significantly contributed to the implementation of our bank’s strategy moving forward on the path of digitization, innovation and sustainability. With the leadership skills he has, I am confident he will successfully continue his chosen career path outside the bank.”
Aivaras Čičelis, CFO and the member of the Management Board of SEB bank: “SEB was my first and the only employer, I really enjoyed all these interesting years and experiences in the bank. Still, after this time spent in SEB Lithuania, I am willing to try myself in a different area. During those 25 years I have had the opportunity to implement a big number of important projects and transformations for SEB in Lithuania, to lead many of them, and I am extremely proud of the bank that we have built with all the team so far. I am confident that professional people of SEB will continue to build a better future for customers and society.“
A.Čičelis has been working in SEB since 1997, he has been leading various units of the bank: Client Coverage Department, “SEB leasing”, Corporate Division, Business Support Division. He has been a member of the Management Board of SEB bank in Lithuania since October 2009.
A.Čičelis will leave SEB on the 3rd of June. SEB bank will soon commence recruitment process for the new CFO and member of the Management Board of SEB bank in Lithuania.
