What is new in Merchant services?
In the new Card transactions sub-section, you now have quick access to card acquiring transactions and can investigate the details by yourself.
Now you can overview:
- summary of purchase and refund transactions per currency;
- all main details (authorization ID, transaction date and time, masked card number, amount, commission fee etc.) of the single transaction;
- filters allow to search by different criteria – e.g., period, location name and address, terminal ID, amount, authorisation ID, card number, etc.

To use the Services for Merchants platform, make sure that you have set the necessary user rights in the Internet Bank:

- Commissions and fees per agreement
- Payment terminals and their locations per agreement
- Settings of the statements that you receive for your Card acceptance in store, as well as Accepting payments online agreements
Edit and submit
- Your agreement-related data
- Contact phone number under location address for your Card acceptance in-store agreement
- Statement sending method, frequency, type, file format and e-mail address for your Card acceptance in-store agreement, as well as Accepting payments online agreements
- New applications for the needed services

To start using Merchant services:
If you do not see Merchant services section in the internet bank, make sure to set the needed user rights in the internet bank.
