Rasoul Najafi is appointed a member of the Management Board of SEB bank In Lithuania
Rasoul Najafi is appointed a member of the Management Board of SEB bank In Lithuania as of 2nd of August. He will replace Roberts Bernis, current member of the Management Board and Head of Credits and Risk Division at SEB bank in Lithuania, who will be leaving his role in August and SEB in the end of October, 2021.
Rasoul Najafi currently is Head of Group Liquidity Risk Control at SEB group.

Rasoul Najafi has studied International Economics and Finance at Jonkoping International Business School, he has master’s degree in finance at University of Gothenburg, he also studied at Wellington University in New Zealand and passed all three levels of the CFA programme at CFA Institute in London and Stockholm.
Roberts Bernis has been working for SEB since 1995 and as a member of the Management Board and Head of Credits and Risk Division at SEB bank in Lithuania since October 2009.
Roberts Bernis will continue working at SEB bank Lithuania as Deputy Head of Credits and Risk Division until the end of October to ensure smooth transition of duties, he will be leaving SEB afterwards.
