1Calculation Sample of the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (Mastercard Standard)
If you obtain and use the credit limit of EUR 2.000 available in your credit card account, and the credit period makes 12 months, the total amount to be repaid by the borrower will make EUR 2 309.08 (if 5% fluctuating instalment method is selected for the credit repayment) or EUR 2 326.78 (if the credit will be repaid in a lump sum).
The above specified amount includes interest accrued within the credit period (fixed interest rate of 17 % (if 5% fluctuating instalment method is selected) or 14 % (if the credit will be repaid in a lump sum) has been applied in the calculation), the card issuance, collecting card at the bank’s branch and card use fee (service fees of contactless credit card Mastercard Standard have been included in the calculation) and taking into consideration the selected credit repayment method and repayment day (15th day).
In such case, the annual percentage rate of charge makes 21.04 % (if 5% fluctuating instalment method is selected for the credit repayment) or 16.95 % (if the credit will be repaid in a lump sum). The annual percentage rate of charge and the total amount to be repaid by the borrower has been calculated taking into consideration the selected credit repayment method and the repayment day and making assumptions that the amount of outstanding credit is repaid within 12 months, the bank and the customer fulfil their obligations under the credit agreement within a specified period of time, interest rate and other charges remain the same as they were on the date of entering into the agreement on credit limit, the bank disburses the total credit on the agreement signature date and such amount is not repaid by the credit maturity date.
2Calculation Sample of the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (Mastercard Premium)
If you obtain and use the credit limit of EUR 2.000 available in your credit card account, and the credit period makes 12 months, the total amount to be repaid by the borrower will make EUR 2 341,08 (if 5% fluctuating instalment method is selected for the credit repayment) or EUR 2 358, 78 (if the credit will be repaid in a lump sum).
The above specified amount includes interest accrued within the credit period (fixed interest rate of 17 % (if 5% fluctuating instalment method is selected) or 14 % (if the credit will be repaid in a lump sum) has been applied in the calculation), the card issuance, collecting card at the bank’s branch and card use fee (service fees of credit card Visa Gold have been included in the calculation) and taking into consideration the selected credit repayment method and repayment day (15th day).
In such case, the annual percentage rate of charge makes 23,41 % (if 5% fluctuating instalment method is selected for the credit repayment) or 18,75 % (if the credit will be repaid in a lump sum).
3 The fee is debited to the Mastercard World Elite card account in USD according to the non-cash selling rate set by SEB Bank (which is valid on the day of the card account debiting).

Calculation Sample of the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APRC)
If you received a EUR 5000 consumer loan in euros for 5 years, the total amount payable by the consumer would be EUR 6529.79 monthly payment will be EUR 106.61. The amount includes the consumer loan interest paid over the loan maturity (10 % interest rate was applied) the administration fee EUR 75 and the account maintenance fee EUR 1. In this case the annual percentage rate of charge would be 11.80%. The annual percentage rate of charge and the total amount to be repaid by the borrower are calculated considering that the loan is disbursed on the agreement signature date, and that the terms of the agreement, the interest rate and fees do not change during the entire loan term, and the terms and conditions of the agreement are timely implemented. The annual percentage rate of charge is provided to help you compare different offers.

Total cost of the credit to the consumer (calculated by including leasing interest paid over the leasing maturity (EUR 3 024,42), the agreement fee (EUR 300), the minimum fee for main banking services (EUR 1 per month)) would be EUR 3 384,42 assuming that the leasing period is 5 years, currency - euros, the variable interest rate -4,772 proc., consisting of 2,29% margin + 3 month Euribor (3 month Euribor value on calculation day is 2,482 proc.). The annual percentage rate of charge would be 5,51 %, monthly instalment – EUR 450,41. The customer has also an obligation to insure a car at the insurance company acceptable to AB SEB bankas under the terms set in the leasing agreement (the insurance price is not included in the annual percentage rate of charge). Calculation Sample of the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APRC)

If a loan of EUR 100.000 secured by real estate collateral is granted for the period of 25 years and 300 loan instalments based on the annuity method will be made, the total amount to be paid by such borrower will make EUR 178.856.81, monthly instalment – EUR 589.06. The annual percentage rate will make 5.35 %. Annual percentage rate showing the total cost of a loan is calculated by including the below instalments made within the entire loan period:

  •  5 % variable interest
  •  EUR 400 agreement fee
  •  EUR 8.6 mortgage (pledge) registration fee
  •  EUR 1 per month minimum fee for main banking services
  •  EUR 61 dwelling insurance annual premium

Note. Property valuation costs and the commission for the services provided by a credit intermediary are not included.

Annual percentage rate and the total amount to be paid by the borrower are calculated considering that the loan is disbursed on the agreement signature date and that the terms of the agreement, interest rate and fees do not change within the entire loan period, and the terms and conditions of the agreement are timely implemented. If you fail to fulfil or unduly fulfil the terms of the loan agreement, the risk exists that you may be deprived of the ownership right to the pledged real estate. The mortgaged real estate must be insured in favor of the bank during the entire loan period.
