Ramūnas Bičiulaitis will become CFO and the Head of Business Support Division of SEB bank in Lithuania

Ramūnas Bičiulaitis will become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Head of Business Support Division of SEB Lithuania as of 1st of December 2022. R. Bičiulaitis is the general manager of Danske Bank branch in Lithuania currently. The proposal to appoint R. Bičiulaitis as a Management Board Member of SEB bank in Lithuania will be proposed to the Supervisory Council, subject to the approval received from supervisory authorities.

R. Bičiulaitis will be leaving his current position as the general manager of Danske Bank's branch in Lithuania at the end of November 2022. He was in that position since October 2017. During the period 2018-2020 R. Bičiulaitis in addition to his position was appointed as Head of Baltic Banking with overall responsibility for transformation of banking operations in the Baltic countries. Prior to that, he has been the CFO of Danske Bank in Lithuania for eight years. Before joining the management team of Danske Bank, R. Bičiulaitis was a member of the management board and CFO of LEO LT, AB. He was also CFO at UAB Kalnapilio-Tauro grupė, UAB PZU Lietuva. He holds PhD degree in management and administration, and postgraduate diploma of organizational leadership.

R. Bičiulaitis will replace Aivaras Čičelis, who left SEB in June 2022.
