Our Ready to Grow programme will start at the beginning of January 2025. During it you will have an opportunity to learn and get more familiar with the banking sector and kickstart your career as a Bank Operations Specialist. Here, you will work at the heart of the action, helping us deliver more than 500 million transactions we carry out for our customers every year. There is no better place to learn what it means to work in a global bank than here.
What to expect?
- You will get trainings about Business Services including KYC, Trade Finance Services, Lending Services areas.
- A team that will take care of your activities and development
- On-the-job trainings
- At the end of the programme you will start a career in one of Business Services teams
