Paid internships take place in July-August
What will your internship look like?
For five weeks you'll work on tasks at the selected bank unit or SEB Group
- You'll have a personal mentor to take care of your activities and development
- You'll collaborate with and learn from different experienced professionals
- You'll find knowledge and inspiration in our virtual university SEB Campus, meet-ups with colleagues and internal employee events
For one week you'll be designing new solutions
- A week full of workshops, brainstorming sessions and various collaboration activities
- During the week you will learn of design thinking, and get to know new useful tools
- As a part of a Baltic intern team, you will shape the future banking by working internationally
- You'll compete with other teams for the title of the best team
The road to your internship
- After receiving your application, we will carefully look through it. Seeing the position where we see you striving, we will send you a personality and logical skills test. This is a great tool for you to get to know yourself better, and for us to get to know you better.
- If the compatibility is proven, we will invite selected candidates to interviews with internship managers in March-April.
- After the interviews, until the end-April, we will be signing the contracts with the final candidates.
- The official Youth LAB opening will take place on July 2 (however, you will be able to start a little earlier).
